returns & exchanges

I.  RISK-FREE LINGERIE RETURNS

Risk-free Lingerie returns do NOT apply to International orders.

a) Naked Princess has Risk-Free Lingerie Returns & Exchanges with Free Return Shipping.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.  All returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

b) Products must be in the condition you received them in. All returns must include original gift box, hang tags, and complimentary garment pouches. Any returns missing these items will be refused. All items returned must be new or unused.

c) To return your lingerie items, please email us at support@nakedprincess.comor call us at 1-855-801-LOVE (5683) with your name, email, and order number. We will then issue you a printable pre-paid return label.  Simply print this label and adhere to your return box with items enclosed.

d) Order returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

e) If you are returning a gift or your items were purchased using an E-Voucher, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the invoice. Gift returns and purchases made with eGIFT CARD will be credited in the form of an eGIFT CARD upon receiving the return. Shipping funds will not be refunded.

f) If you receive your item(s) damaged, please refer to our “Damaged Items policy" .

g) All exchanges and returns will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and return package transit time for exchanges is usually 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return. We will send you an e-mail to confirm the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

h) Your order will include an Invoice and a copy of our Return/Exchange policy. Please fill out the appropriate section and place it inside of your return package.

i) Only products purchased through www.NakedPrincess.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

j) eGIFT CARD and sale items can not be returned or exchanged.


II.  RISK-FREE LINGERIE EXCHANGES

a) If you are exchanging an item, please fill out the exchange section of the invoice. Make a copy of the completed return invoice for your records. All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

b) Products must be in the condition you received them in. All returns must include original gift box, hang tags, and complimentary garment pouches. Any exchanges/returns missing these items will be refused. All items exchanges must be new or unused.

c) To exchange your lingerie items, please email us at support@nakedprincess.comor call us at 1-855-801-LOVE (8683) with your name, email, and order number. We will then issue you a printable pre-paid return label.  Simply print this label and adhere to your return box with items enclosed. Also, fill out the exchange section of the invoice enclosed in your original shipment. Once we receive your return package, we'll process an E-Voucher for the amount of the item returned + shipping costs. Simply log on to our website www.nakedprincess.com, select the item that you'd like to purchase instead and pay using the E-Voucher provided.

d) If you receive your item(s) damaged, please refer to our “Damaged Items policy".

e) All returned items are shipped at your risk and will not be accepted if damaged. We recommend insuring your shipment against damages when shipping a return.

III.  BEAUTY RETURNS

Due to hygienic reasons we can not accept returns of beauty/body/lip products.
 

IV.  BOOK RETURNS

a) Books may not be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEM(S)

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipping carton for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for the carton to show some wear.
